Your mission
- Develop and optimize lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for the delivery of nucleic acids (DNA, and DNA nanostructures).
- Design and perform experiments to improve LNP encapsulation efficiency, stability, and payload integrity, including analytical methods (e.g. DLS, zeta potential, RiboGreen assay).
- Integrate bioconjugation strategies (e.g., lipid-/DNA-antibody, -peptide, -polymer conjugates) for targeted delivery applications, including purification and analytical methods (e.g., FPLC, HPLC, LC-MS, gel electrophoresis).
- Troubleshoot formulation and analytical challenges and contribute innovative solutions to advance R&D projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to support project progress and knowledge exchange.
- Document experimental procedures and results, and present findings to internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
